I.                SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS

•           Operate and monitor mixers, reactors, pumps, and other chemical processing equipment according to established procedures.

•           Measure, weight, and load raw materials into production equipment following batch instructions.

•           Perform in-process quality checks and record production data accurately.

•           Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with 5S and safety standards.

•           Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and report abnormalities to supervisors.

•           Follow all safety, environmental, and quality guidelines, including the use of PPE.

•           Support preventive maintenance activities and basic equipment adjustments.

•           Complete production documentation and ensure accurate inventory transactions.

•           Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and targets.

•           Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

II.              REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or technical degree in a related field.

• 1+ years of experience in production or manufacturing (chemical industry preferred).

• Ability to operate industrial equipment and follow safety protocols.

• Basic math and measurement skills.

• Ability to work onsite in Monterrey, Mexico and perform physical tasks (lifting, standing).

• Active in contributing to safety programs and promotes and enforces those instructions and rules.
• Proactively promotes and maintains housekeeping standards throughout the entire plant.
