Primary Duties:
- Work closely with production, to meet finished material shipments. Prepare paperwork for shipping and production of finished material needs.
- Timely communication with supervision, quality and warehouse personnel, for finished material requirements for the shipments to customers while maintaining a good balance between inventory level and transport cost.
- Work in conjunction with the Scheduler and Facility Manager in the establishment or revision of finished material stock levels. Perform weekly inventory of finished materials.
- Maintain a close follow-up with CSR’s and carriers on delivery problems or shipping issues.
- Work closely with warehouse personnel and CSR’s in regard of SCAR, COA or other finished material, shipping\quality requirements or issues.
- Maintain a close communication with H.B. Fuller CSR’s on issues related to shipments or material availability.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma, or GED.
- Three years of secretarial experience within H.B. Fuller or, five years secretarial experience outside of Fuller
- Ability to read and comprehend verbal and written directions.
- Effective communication, and organizational skills
- Must be able to log into a computer, access company-based systems, perform basic data entry accurately and use an ERP system.
- Additional experience in functional area, as determined.
- 60 WPM Typing / Data Entry
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to perform under limited supervision, with discretion and independent judgment
- Ability to use tact and discretion
- Knowledge of company organization, policies, and personnel
- Good organizational skills
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
The salary for this role is Starting at $22.00/hr.In addition to your salary, H.B.
