Position Title: Customs Specialist

Position Location: Nanjing, China

Primary Duties:
1.负责进出口货物的报关，报检和清关工作，确保货物能够顺利进出口。
2.跟踪并了解国际贸易的法规，规范和最新政策，以确保公司的进出口操作符合相关要求。
3.协调与海关，检验检疫等部门的沟通，解决进出口货物报关/报检过程中的相关问题。
4.确保进出口货物的相关文件，证明和许可证的准备齐全和合规。
5.跟踪和处理进出口货物的物流运输，包括货物的包装，装载，运输和送达。
6.跟进并处理进出口货物的关税，税费，关税减免，退税等业务。
7.编制和处理进出口合同，发票和其他贸易文件。
8.处理进出口货物的报关单据，结算单据和核销单据，做好相关操作费用的申报处理。
9.维护和管理公司的进出口货物档案和记录，确保数据的准确性和完整性。
10.做好进出口货物的报告和统计工作。
11.做好进出口业务的风险管理和合规审查，确保公司的进出口操作合规。

Minimum Requirement:
1.本科及以上学历，经验丰富者可适当放宽要求。
2.5年以上相关进出口业务工作管理经验，有制造业尤其是尤其是化工/粘合剂行业优先。
3.熟悉海关申报系统（如中国电子口岸）及国际贸易术语。
4.良好的团队沟通和协调能力。
5.积极分享经验，及良好的培训能力。
6.具备基本的办公软件操作技能。
7.英语良好者优先。
