Position Title: Maintenance Technician

Position Location: Nanjing, China

Position Overview:

• 维修工负责当日的安全以及有效的维修工作。

• 维修工必须确保完成当日的设备巡检、金属污染检查、转产时间保养、紧急维修以及周、月保养任务，并保证维修保养质量。

• 在工作过程中的任何地点、时间都应遵守HBfuller公司和国家规定的安全质量政策和程序。

• 负责外包商的安全及有效的运作，确保外包商也按时完成工作。

• 负责本区域相关设备的5S工作

• 该职位向工程及维修主管汇报

Primary Duties:

•  认真仔细执行每天的巡回检查，特别是对设备的关键点的检查。

• 认真仔细执行每天的承包商工作的检查。

• 严格按照维修程序执行设备周、月度维修保养工作。

• 快速响应紧急维修任务，并以最快的速度恢复设备运转。

• 协助工程师或主管或者班长安全地、按时地、保证质量地完成所分配的项目改善任务和维修任务。

• 熟练使用STOP卡报告安全状况。

• 熟练使用质量卡报告质量问题。

• 能够协调外包商的工作。

• 能够独立解决设备问题

• 熟悉全厂设备，对机械或电气有深入的专业功底并能独立解决维修问题。

• 能很好的、积极的跨部门沟通协调，解决现场出现的问题。

• 将其它部门对维修部门的投诉率控制到零。

• 能汇总、计划现场出现的问题，并安排执行，保证问题解决。

• 领导一些小项目和小改善项目。

• 对维修场所进行5S管理，能有效、及时的完成所分配的5S工作。

• 积极有效的对维修计划的执行进行管理监督。

• 维修记录及巡检表中提出的问题，有效、及时的跟进处理。

• 记录要准确及时。

Minimum Requirements:

• 中专或职业技校及以上学历。

• 至少5年的机械或电气方面维修工作经验。具备电气、仪表等相关基础知识，熟悉电气回路，仪表控制等基本原理。

• 优秀的动手能力，工作积极主动，认真负责。

• 在制造业，尤其是化工/粘合剂行业优先。

• 持有一项或多项特殊作业证者更佳：低压电工证、仪表工证、制冷证、登高证、司炉工证等

• 具备基本的办公软件操作技能，能熟练操作维修保养工具（测振仪、红外成像仪、对中仪等）。

• 必须有良好的团队沟通能力。

• 良好的口头表达能力和一定的书面表达能力。

• 具备较强的计划、组织、执行能力。

• 紧急应变能力（对于紧急维修）

• 身体健康，可以适应四班两倒工作
