Drafting weekly workshop production schedule considering following factors:
sales open order quantity /required delivery date /safety stock level /batch size/ cycle time/ maintenance slot time /reactor feature /raw material availability/ process routine.
Presenting the detailed production schedule in the meeting which involved process engineer /production manager/QC manager /sales team leaders
After team review, finalizing the compromised plan
Creating MO and revising the BOM depending on the actual consumption
Daily monitoring the actual production schedule, understanding the unexpected abnormal case and evaluating the impact to sales order fulfillment. Meanwhile timely notifying downstream functional department for the negative influence if any and adjust the previous schedule to remedy the situation if need.
Making the tolling production schedule and giving order to prepare the raw materials in advance, following up the operation process
Scheduling the pilot trial running to validate the new developed product
Arranging the relabeling operation subjecting to the products application feature and chemist professional instruction
Preparing the monthly and weekly production report providing the valuable data to trace the opportunity of improvement such as actual output /change-over rate/ATP FG inventory
Organizing the stock transfer activity and replenish the 3rdparty warehouse stock to meet local customer demand
- Good team-oriented personality is a must.
- Manufacture, especially in chemical or adhesive industry experience
- Possess good collaboration and communication skill，good command of English.
- A good trainer and willing to share experiences.
- Having at least on 5-7year relevant working experiences.
- Proficient MS office software operation skills.
