Position Title: QC Technician

Position Location: Nanjing, China

PRIMARY DUTIES:

主要职责

1. 对原材料和包装材料进行进料检验,，收取原材料COA，确保收料合格，不合格时，及时联系相关部门处理，防止不合格品流入工厂。Inspect raw materials and packing materials, and collect raw material COA , so that to ensure the qualification of the incoming received materials，contact with other relevant Depart in time to prevent the unqualified materials from flowing into factory.

2. 在线成品测试,确保入库成品合格。To test on-line finished products so that to ensure the qualification of entry finished products.

3. 检验记录的及时登记并输入QC数据库。To record the test results timely and input QC test data into the QC database.

4. 做普通/特殊COA,确认出货检验报告符合要求。To take ordinary/Specific COA and ensure the delivery test report in accordance with the requirement.

5. 发放质量标签,明确原材料/成品的质量状态。To Issue quality tag and specify quality status of raw material and finished products.

6. 留样管理,确保成品和原材料的追溯性。To leave samples for management so that to ensure the traceability of finished product and raw material.

7. 执行在线巡检及调整,确保成品出料过程合格。To execute on-line inspection and adjustment so that to ensure the qualification of finished product when launching.

8. 完成工艺卡整理,确保质量记录完整。To arrange process card so that to ensure the integrity of quality record.

9. 建立与维护检测设备台账，根据校准计划完成年度外校及月度内部校验。To establish and maintain the equipment ledger，and complete the test to the internal calibration monthly and external calibration yearly according to the equipment ledger.

10. 完成其他测试，退货检查，客户投诉测试，研发技术要求的测试。To complete other test, goods return inspection, complaints test and test of R&D technical requirement.

11. 发现任何异常，填写异常报告，配合生产查找异常的原因。To fill out abnormal report when abnormal condition occurred and coordinate to search the abnormal reasons.

12. 注意安全，确保工作区域始终保持干净，整洁和安全，完成相应的5S工作。To pay attention to the security and ensure the neatness, tidiness and safety of the working area and complete corresponding 5S works.

13. 正确操作设备，发现任何缺陷或违规行为，都必须停止使用并报告。To operate the equipment correctly, if any fault or default is found, such equipment shall be prohibited to use and shall make report.

14. 完成主管分配的其他任务。To complete other tasks distributed by the director.

15. 根据培训计划按时完成相关培训，能独立完成新职工的培训。 Complete relevant training according to training plan and Independently completing training of SOP for new employees.

16. 独立完成成品性能测试。Independently completing performance test of finished products.

17. 及时发现产品的品质趋势并提出相应改进建议。Discovering the quality trend of the product in time and bringing forward the improvement suggestion.

18. 发生异常时，能独立和生产部参与调查异常，并完成原因分析及改进行动的建议。Taking part into the abnormity investigation with the Production Department when the abnormity occurred, and completing reason analysis and the suggestion of improvement activity.

19. 积极推动团队工作, 具备一定的协调领导能力。The active promotion of the team work and the possession of definite coordination and leading capability.

20. 对投诉能进行原因分析及相应纠正预防措施。Analyzing the complaints and adopting corresponding corrective precaution measures.

Minimum Requirements:

职位要求

1. 大专/中专(化学/化工等相关专业)毕业,能懂基本的英语,会基本的电脑。Junior college/technical secondary school (majoring in quality or chemical industry), mastering basic English and computer knowledge.

2. 必须有良好的团队工作能力。Possessing sound teamwork capability.

3. 至少3年的相关工作经验(QC相关工作经验)。At least three-year relevant working experiences (QC related experience).

4. 化工/粘合剂行业优先。chemical industry or bond industry background is preferred.

1. Have good verbal or written communication skills.. 良好的口头和书面表达能力。

2. Good collaboration and communication skills. 良好的团队合作及沟通技巧。

3. Leading skill. 具有一定的领导能力.
