Position Overview
H.B. Fuller is seeking a Production Operator to support safe and efficient manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for preparing materials, operating equipment, monitoring production processes, and packaging finished products according to quality standards. The position requires adherence to safety, environmental, and operational procedures while contributing to a clean and organized work environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare raw materials and packaging for production runs.
- Transport materials to designated production areas.
- Operate manufacturing equipment following work instructions.
- Monitor equipment performance and production rates.
- Perform initial product testing and release checks.
- Verify labels and packaging materials for accuracy.
- Package finished products according to quality standards.
- Maintain housekeeping and comply with EHS, quality, and operating procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
- No prior manufacturing experience required.
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to read and follow work orders, safety procedures, and quality instructions.
- Availability to work assigned shifts.
Preferred Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Basic English language comprehension.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs independently and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform bending, reaching, stair
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
The salary for this role is $21.05 per hour .In addition to your salary, H.B.
