Position Overview

H.B. Fuller is seeking a motivated [Job Title] to support safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations. This role assists with material preparation, equipment operation, product packaging, and quality checks while following established procedures. The position works closely with the production team to maintain operational standards, safety compliance, and workplace organization.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Prepare raw materials and packaging for production.

  • Transport materials to designated production areas.

  • Operate equipment according to work instructions.

  • Monitor equipment performance and production rates.

  • Perform initial product testing and release checks.

  • Verify labels and packaging against specifications.

  • Package finished goods to quality standards.

  • Maintain housekeeping and comply with quality, safety, and EHS requirements.


Minimum Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

  • Experience: No prior production experience required.

  • Skills: Ability to read and follow work orders, process instructions, safety rules, and quality procedures.

  • Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

  • Work Authorization/Availability: Ability to work assigned shifts.


Preferred Requirements

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

  • Skills: Basic English communication skills.

  • Certifications: Safety or manufacturing-related training is a plus.

  • Skills: Experience working within quality and EHS compliance standards.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
