Primary Responsibilities
Follow all work instructions, safety procedures, and company policies in all warehouse activities.
Perform internal product transfers using first in, first out (FIFO) inventory practices.
Receive, store, load, and unload products in accordance with established warehouse procedures.
Collect raw material samples for quality control testing when required.
Inspect incoming products, trucks, containers, and road tankers, reporting any non-conforming materials or equipment issues.
Prepare, pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately and on time to meet customer requirements.
Maintain accurate warehouse documentation, inventory records, and daily stock counts.
Complete daily forklift inspections and safely operate warehouse equipment as required.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment in line with housekeeping standards.
Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to support efficient warehouse operations and perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ year of experience in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or similar environment.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
Ability to learn and use SAP, PRISM, or other ERP systems.
Ability to lift and move items up to 25 kg and perform routine bending, lifting, walking, and stair climbing.
Preferred Requirements
Forklift licence or forklift operating experience.
Knowledge of inventory control and stock management procedures.
Experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems and ERP platforms.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
