Primary Responsibilities

• Follow all work instructions, safety procedures, and company policies in all warehouse activities.

• Perform internal product transfers using first in, first out (FIFO) inventory practices.

• Receive, store, load, and unload products in accordance with established warehouse procedures.

• Collect raw material samples for quality control testing when required.

• Inspect incoming products, trucks, containers, and road tankers, reporting any non-conforming materials or equipment issues.

• Prepare, pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately and on time to meet customer requirements.

• Maintain accurate warehouse documentation, inventory records, and daily stock counts.

• Complete daily forklift inspections and safely operate warehouse equipment as required.

• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment in line with housekeeping standards.

• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to support efficient warehouse operations and perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or similar environment.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.

• Ability to learn and use SAP, PRISM, or other ERP systems.

• Ability to lift and move items up to 25 kg and perform routine bending, lifting, walking, and stair climbing.

Preferred Requirements

• Forklift licence or forklift operating experience.

• Knowledge of inventory control and stock management procedures.

• Experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and ERP platforms.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
