The Role?

We are seeking for a motivated and detail-oriented Compensation and Benefits (C&B) intern to join our Total Rewards Team. The intern will assist in supporting the development, implementation, and administration of our compensation programs and projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources and to learn about how compensation and benefits strategies contribute to employee satisfaction and organizational success.

What will YOU do?

Data analysis and reporting:

20% Project Support:

· Contribute to various C&B projects, such as compensation strategy reviews and the EU pay transparency directive.

· Collaborate on special projects to improve C&B processes.

30% Compensation Support:

· Assist in job evaluations and salary surveys.

· Help in preparing documentation for compensation programs in place.

· Aid in conducting market research to ensure competitive compensation practices.

· Assist in maintaining accurate documentation and records related to compensation and benefits.

· Assist in gathering and analyzing compensation and benefits data.

· Support the preparation of reports and presentations using tools like Excel and PowerPoint.

· Help ensuring accuracy of compensation data in our HR systems.

50% Benefits Support:

· Support on gather information on the benefits currently in place in the EIMEA region to create a database of the current benefits package offered.

Minimum Requirements:

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Finance Business Administration, or a related field.

· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.

· Fluent in English

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

· Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
