The Role?
The Consolidation Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the accounting department with a range of tasks, including financial analysis. The Consolidation Analyst contributes to maintaining accurate financial records and collaborates with team members to ensure compliance and efficient operations.

What will YOU do?
Support on month end routines such as:
- Open/Close periods in SAP for all entities.
Execute the GRIR Clearing activities;
SAP Automatic Reversals Crosscheck;
Perform a trend analysis to identify potential unusual items;
Ensure the BS and P&L tie-out is done for all EIMEA entities;
Support on Monthly KPIs preparation;
Responsible for controlling the reporting sheets into OneStream (Input Forms – Tax, Intangible and PP&E, etc.);
Responsible to ensure that entities for which we have external provider comply with SOX Controls granting the collection of documentation.
Support on Intrastat vs VAT Reconciliations for European entities;
Blackline Local Administrator;
Support EIMEA RTR Team in USGAAP and Local GAAP Audits with required information (e.g. JE Reports, Trial Balances reconciliations, request samples from Logistics Team, walkthrough preparation etc.) as well as Internal Audits;
Perform an overall analysis of certain areas, such us professional services, insurances;
Review process documentation for transitioned & existing work to ensure that the documentation of our processes and procedures is appropriate to support business objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field or High School degree
- 1+ years of relevant working experience preferably in multinational companies, Shared Service Center or Big 4;
- Excellent written and spoken English;
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office (preferably in advance Excel- eg. Pivot Tables/Macros),ERP-Module (SAP), and OneStream;
- Strong accounting technical background preferably in consolidation area;
- Organized, Motivated, Professional and Excellent Analytical Skills;
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with other employees;
- Ability to lead, solve problems and communicate at all levels.
Preferred Requirements
- USGAAP Knowledge and Experience;
- Knowledge of SOX and internal controls related with Financial Reporting.
