Position Title: Finance Intercompany Intern

Position Overview: This position supports intercompany financial closing and reporting activities, ensuring all requirements are completed accurately and on time. The role is responsible for preparing intercompany accruals, reconciliations, invoices, and aging reports on a monthly basis. It also ensures full adherence to H.B. Fuller intercompany accounting policies and internal procedures. Additionally, the position contributes to maintaining and developing SOX compliance while supporting other tasks as required.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support operational activities of intercompany financial closing and reporting, ensuring all requirements are completed and delivered in a timely manner;

  • Support the preparation of I/C monthly accruals;

  • Support the preparation of intercompany preliminary and final reconciliations;

  • Support the issuing of intercompany invoices;

  • Support the preparation of intercompany aging reports;

  • Other tasks as required;

  • Ensure adherence to H.B. Fuller intercompany accounting policy;

  • Maintain and develop SOX compliance, as well as compliance with H.B. Fuller procedures at all times;

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field;

  • Excellent written and spoken English;

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (preferably advanced Excel, e.g., Pivot Tables and Macros);

  • Experience with ERP modules (plus) and Hyperion (plus);

  • Organized, motivated, professional, with strong analytical skills;

  • Independent and proactive, with strong presentation and interpersonal skills;

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees;

  • Ability to solve problems and communicate at all levels
