A Financial Analyst has primary responsibility to gather, interpret, and use complex data to develop actionable steps that will improve processes and optimize results. Day-to-day, it's an analyst's job to assess company data, review detailed information, and analyze it, looking for trends or areas for improvement.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide support to HHC Finance Operations Partners across geographies and technologies.
• Liaison with internal departments to monitor and maintain ERP and Power BI systems’ data integrity, administer change requests via internal processes to ensure high levels of data quality.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Generate impactful monthly reporting that enables Finance Partners accurate forecasting, ensure deep / holistic monthly management review, and month end close support.
• Provide business expertise and analytical oversight to support Shared Services & FP&A to improve accounting & accrual processes (e.g. Costs booked to right ledger, values & provisions, accruals, PO process etc).
• Building confidence in Finance and Operations that the information is accurate, timely and consistent – and generated efficiently.
• Managing reporting for specific topics such as CapEx, rebates, etc.
• Learn and develop proficiency in relevant software and tools such as SAP, BI and OneStream.
• Participate in finance related projects and support process improvement initiatives.
• Collaboration with S&OP, and connection to conversion costs.
• Support cost and pricing calculations for customers under Index Contracts.
• Cross train and provide coverage for the Commercial Finance Business Assistant as needed.
  

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s or University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience, with proven career progression
• Business knowledge and experience in finance assistant or accounting assistant roles
• Excellent communication skills including superior computer and data management skills.
• High level of proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word
• Experience in growing organization. Operational excellence including proven self-, time- and priorities-management skills
• Strong collaboration and follow through expertise, with focus on results
• Fluency in English

Preferred Requirements

• Background in Accounting, Finance or Data Management
• SAP User / ERP navigation experience / Business Intelligence Tools
