The Role?

The HR Intern is responsible for supporting the HR team with the procedures (onboarding, exit, recruitment, attendance control and other HR processes as needed). Position will report to the HR Manager Portugal.

What will YOU do?

Supporting administrative tasks & procedures such as:

- Onboarding

- Assist employees on policy and requirements

- Maintain and control the information concerning contracts and documentation

Exit Processes

- Include, exclude, data change

- Update Social Security

- Cancel cards (employee, meal, etc.)

Collaborate with HR Business Partners recruitment activities as needed:

- Phone screenings

- Scheduling interviews

- Booking rooms

Other tasks

- Employee’s admin support – Front Office

- Contact with temporary agency (timesheets)

- Support to contracts management (renewals, terminations)

Procedures related to human capital software systems (Self Service):

- Provide support for attendance classification activities (payroll)

Minimum Requirements:  

· Degree in Human Resources or related field

· Organization skills

· Proactiveness

· Attention to detail

· Extensive proficiency and interest in IT tools
