Master Data Management Intern

Position Overview

The MDM Intern ensures data integrity in the master management system, supporting daily operations and resolving user requests. They also participate in IT projects as a data expert and process advisor.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Create graphs and/or lists with the Xtraction tool

  • Review data and Support MDM Manager with the Xtraction tool.

  • Resolve incidents related to Ivanti

  • Resolve emails related to Ivanti problems or queries

  • Detect errors in processes related to MDM processes

  • Create incident to notify process or flow errors to the Ivanti team

  • Follow up on tickets opened to the Ivanti Team

  • Suggest changes in Ivanti to the Ivanti team to improve processes

  • Create plants/Sales Org in Ivanti

  • Create or modify teams in Ivanti

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Computer Science.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Access and Excel

  • Advanced English

  • Ability to act as in a consultative manner with both business and IT

  • Strong oral and written communication skills-both face-to-face and over the phone
