Position Overview

Reporting to the Pricing Excellence Manager, the Pricing Specialist will strengthen the Pricing Excellence team by supporting the global FLIP Pricing Tool, ensuring data integrity, managing system development requests, and coordinating testing and deployment activities across regions.
This role is essential to guarantee that our global pricing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with Pricing Excellence standards. The Pricing Specialist will work closely with IT, global pricing teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure system stability, continuous improvements, and seamless global rollouts.

Primary Duties

FLIP Pricing Tool Management:

• Analyze and manage the VSTS project management system.
• Ensure correct prioritization of work requests and backlog items.
• Investigate system bugs, reviewing ERP and database data; propose enhancements and code changes.
• Coordinate functionality testing at the end of each development sprint/release.
• Act as the main point of contact with IT teams, ensuring clear requirements, timely follow-up, and appropriate technical support.
• Collaborate with the BI Finance team and other departments to ensure data validation, accuracy, and consistency.
• Drive development of standardized functionality that supports all business units (HHC, EA, BAS).
• Provide global support to Pricing teams and existing users; prioritize production support requests.
• Lead weekly update meetings with HHC, EA & BAS Pricing teams regarding ongoing development and future releases.
• Ensure FLIP remains aligned with Pricing Excellence standards, collaborating closely with the Pricing Excellence Manager.
• Coordinate price updates with the IA Team; monitor robot/script execution and support resolution of discrepancies.
• Prepare SQL queries to support process improvements, data cleaning, reporting, and analytics.

FLIP Global Rollout Support:

• Support global rollouts through testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Partner with IT to identify and mitigate system or process gaps.
• Work with GBU Pricing Teams and the Pricing Excellence Manager to ensure the tool captures all business requirements.
• Support FLIP functionality through SAPONE transitions and new ERP implementations, ensuring data and process continuity.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience College degree (Business, Engineering, IT, Finance, Economics, or related).
• 2–4 years of experience in ERP implementation, Project Management, Finance, Pricing, or similar technical roles.
• Experience with SQL.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to manipulate, clean, and analyze large datasets.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a small, high-impact global team.

Preferred Requirements

• IT project experience; SAP implementation experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in programming languages (Javascript, HTML, PHP, Python, SQL/MySQL). Experience with CRM systems and Business Intelligence tools.
• Experience with automation tools, scripting, or interface integrations.
