Position Title: Summer Sourcing Intern EIMEA
Position Overview
Global Strategic Sourcing Intern to support joint project between Indirect Sourcing and Accounts Payable to baseline and improve the direct debit vendor payment process, which got out of shape as multiple acquisitions and legal entity changes.
Primary Responsibilities
Responsibilities could include the following, supported by sourcing and Finance Managers:
Establish a database of all vendor relations where we used the direct debit payment process
Cluster and evaluate those by interacting with internal stakeholders and suppliers
Propose a short list of suppliers and categories to be used in the future for the direct debit process and support switching the non-preferred ones to bank transfer
For the future Direct Debit suppliers align on the process and set up including access to the transactional invoices
Minimum Requirements
• In last year of High School Degree or related Associate’s Degree. No previous work experience required
• Strong desire and innate capability to learn.
• Skills: strong communication, interpersonal, organizational skills .

Preferred Requirements
• Associates Degree or greater
• Experience working with systems
• Good skills with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with ERP system (SAP)
