What you can expect from H.B. Fuller’s Internship Program:

You’ll be joining a cohort of talented students from a variety of schools across Portugal. We hire interns in the following positions: T&E, Sourcing and Credit and Collections. 

The projects we task our interns to lead are impactful and meaningful to our organization. You’ll be supported by your Manager and Mentor to gain in-depth knowledge of the adhesive industry and collaborate with various departments and functions. We also offer an established path for next-level opportunities – making this internship the starting point for a long-term career path.

OurInternship Experience includes:

  • 2 months paid program beginning the beginning of July to the end of August to gain insight and knowledge in your field.

Position Overview: The role focuses on automating the ghost card process to enhance visibility, efficiency, and accuracy in travel expense management.

Key contributions include developing automated travel agency reports for airfare and hotel bookings, retrieving related invoices, and streamlining email approval communications with managers, with potential support in automating report creation within the SAP Concur tool. The position contributes to process reconciliation and continuous improvement through automation while providing exposure to multiple tools and systems. Additionally, it helps ensure operational continuity by supporting routine tasks and handling basic operational inquiries.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Automate the ghost card process to improve visibility, control, and efficiency of travel-related expenses.

  • Develop and maintain automated travel agency reports for airfare and hotel bookings, ensuring timely access to accurate data.

  • Retrieve, organize, and validate invoices related to ghost card transactions to support reconciliation and compliance.

  • Streamline and automate email approval communications with managers to reduce manual effort and turnaround time.

  • Support the automation of expense report creation within the Concur tool, including field mapping and coordination with RPA teams.

  • Provide operational support by assisting with routine tasks and responding to basic operational inquiries to ensure business continuity.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Currently Pursuing bachelor’s degree in finance, Management, Accounting, Economy

  • Minimum rising junior or senior in Business, Finance, Technology, Operations, or a related discipline.

  • Fluency in spoken and written English
