Position Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the recruitment process by partnering with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience. This role is responsible for various administrative and operational activities to enhance efficiency in the recruitment function. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will assist in employer branding initiatives, candidate engagement, and process improvement projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs, industry events, and networking activities to promote employer branding
- Support employer branding initiatives through social media and event coordination
- Manage and administer job postings across internal and external platforms
- Source and engage candidates using recruitment technologies and tools
- Communicate the company’s business model, values, and structure to candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and updates
- Prepare and analyze recruitment reports to support data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with HR and stakeholders, ensuring compliance and continuous process improvement
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience, focused on interns and entry-level hires
- Experience with early career programs and university partnerships (preferred)
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Experience coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviews, candidate communication)
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HRIS and ATS software (Workday Recruit preferred).
