Position Overview
The Technical Service & Laboratory Intern will support the R&D and Technical Service teams by performing laboratory testing, analyzing results, and preparing technical documentation. This role contributes to product evaluations, customer support activities, and issue investigations. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams while gaining hands-on experience in a laboratory environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Perform routine laboratory testing following established procedures.
Prepare samples for customer evaluations and internal testing.
Record, analyze, and document test results accurately.
Maintain laboratory records, databases, and technical reports.
Prepare summaries of testing activities and findings.
Assist in investigating customer issues through testing and data collection.
Coordinate technical service requests and track results.
Maintain laboratory equipment and work areas in line with safety and quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to document and organize technical data accurately.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
Preferred Requirements
Previous laboratory, internship, or academic project experience.
Knowledge of laboratory safety and quality procedures.
Experience analyzing data and preparing technical reports.
Familiarity with technical problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
