Pay: $18.00/hr
The Production Operator supports safe, efficient manufacturing by operating equipment, monitoring processes, and maintaining quality standards. This role contributes to consistent production flow and timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate values teamwork, accuracy, and a safety-first environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Operate production equipment according to established procedures
Monitor material levels and replenish components as needed
Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting
Document production data with accuracy and completeness
Support quality control through inspections and testing
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Follow all safety policies and use required PPE
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or GED
1+ year experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Basic math and computer skills
Authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Requirements
Experience with automated or semi‑automated equipment
Forklift or material-handling experience
Mechanical aptitude for minor adjustments or setup
Prior work in a quality‑controlled production environment
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
The salary for this role is $18.00.In addition to your salary, H.B.
