The Talent Acquisition and HR Coordinator will support the recruitment process by partnering with hiring teams to identify top talent and ensure a seamless candidate experience. This position is also responsible for various Human Resources administrative and operational activities to enhance efficiency for the HR function.

Location: Guarulhos, São Paulo, Brazil

This is a hybrid position and will be required to work onsite at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the Brazil Intern & Apprentice Programs, partnering with a local agencies to manage candidate flow and coordinate candidate interviews

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for Brazil from requisition intake to offer acceptance

  • Administer job postings across internal and external platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

  • Utilize recruitment technology and sourcing tools to identify and engage with potential candidates.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with site managers and HR partners

  • Manage new employee onboarding process including exams, payroll registration and other documentation as required

  • Utilize TOTVS to issue contracts and maintain documentation

  • Provide local employee support for various HR activities and to ensure compliance


Minimum Requirements

  • 0-2 years of HR and/or Talent Acquisition experience

  • Bachelor's or University Degree in Human Resources, business, or related field of study

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Requirements

  • Familiarity with HRIS and ATS software

  • Workday and TOTVS experience is a plus
