Join H.B. Fuller as a Warehouse Operator, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate handling of materials and products. This position supports our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction through precise inventory management and teamwork. You’ll work in a dynamic environment that values safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Follow all safety rules and work instructions without exception

  • Perform internal product transfers using FIFO methodology

  • Take raw material samples for quality analysis when required

  • Store and rotate stock per procedures and safety standards

  • Report non-conforming products to supervisor

  • Load/unload trucks, containers, and tankers

  • Inspect transport equipment for product safety

  • Accurately prepare and stage customer orders

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma

  • Effective verbal and written communication

  • Ability to work independently

  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in warehouse operations

  • Forklift operation skills

  • Familiarity with inventory control procedures

  • Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting, bending, climbing)
