• Auxiliar nos Inventários (mensais, anuais e/ou cíclicos) dos estoques de Matérias-Primas e Insumos; 

• Análise de rendimento de matéria-prima para o fechamento de custo 

• Acompanhar o processo de envio de material para limpeza em terceiros, emissão de NF e recebimento. 

• Auxiliar no processo de compra de material de limpeza e de escritório 

• Preparar o local de trabalho, manter limpo e organizado; 

• Realizar a conferência da NF com o físico. 

• Verificar no ato do recebimento se preço está correto com sistema e em caso de não conformidade reportar ao planejador de matérias 

• Realizar ajuste sistêmico de inventário cíclico. 

• Cumprir com as regras do FEFO de materiais 

• Solicitar e conferir materiais utilizados na produção do CTA 

• Realizar controle mensal de matérias-primas a vencer e reportar para a Qualidade 

• Garantir que o endereçamento físico e sistêmico esteja de acordo
