Job Description

  1. Sales Supervisor role that focuses on the coaching and leadership of Eol& Labeling, Tobacco and Paper Converting of East China Sales Team, coordination of resources, and development of customer relationships
  2. Drives sales activity based on agreed upon call rates at every account
  3. Achieves sales and gross profit budget for EoL & Labeling, Tobacco and Paper Converting within each sales region
  4. Works with Sales Manager and Sales Excellence Manager to implement sales excellence initiatives
  5. Provides feedback to Sales Mnager, Marketing and SBU regarding the validity of value proposition, sales calls activity and sales resource requirements
  6. Leads Safety Culture within team


  1. Responsible for skills/knowledge development and performance management of a Sales Team
  2. Responsible for sales, gross profit, and customer contribution (when measurable) results by market in each region
  3. Responsible for management of T&E
  4. Shared responsibility with Technical Service management for allocating resources to meet business objectives
  5. Responsible for driving sales efficiency improvement
  6. Accountable for ensuring sales’ call levels are met at each account
  7. To properly prepare & submit the sales related reports timely and correctly as required by Sales Manager

Minimum Requirements

  1. Key Success Factors - Interpersonal Effectiveness, Building effective teams, Withstands Pressure, People Development, Drive for Results, Timely Decision-Making, Functional Excellence, Dealing with Ambiguity, Business Acumen, Strategic Capability, Managing vision and purpose
  2. Ability to lead and implement change
  3. Financial acumen (e.g. understanding of financial statements, customer contribution, and financial drivers at customer)
  4. Demonstrated people development, training, coaching, and mentoring skills
  5. Expert in the Selling and Value Quantification process
  6. Bachelor degree, Average English communication skill
