Job Description


Work with regional Tape and Label sales team, R&D team to develop new tape and label business from new solvent base products and services.


  1. Identify the target market and exploit the new solvent products business in tape and label market
  2. Maintain and grow sales and profitability
  3. Develop new 3-5 years solvent base business plan for tape and label market
  4. Develop and maintain solid relationship with various decision makers of existing and potential customers
  5. Provide technical service, including trouble shouting and application training, on-site to customers
  6. Develop relationship with machine/raw material suppliers to related industry
  7. Develop and manage distributors as needed
  8. Provide monthly sales forecasts
  9. Manage account receivable to avoid overdue and bad debts
  10. Other assignments as needed

Minimum Requirements

  1. Bachelor degree with good English skills
  2. At least 5-10 years Solvent base products industry working experience with sales and market area.
  3. Good and fluent speaking and writing English.
  4. Good communication skill.
  5. Value selling mind set .
