Job Description


This position should working together with regional sales manager to develop new product and new market in Durable Assembly and need build 5 years business by each segment, this position need build and strengthen relationship with key brand owner and machine supplier. he also lead whole Durable Assembly and Packaging technical service team in the future.


  1. Finding new market and finish all business plan for these new market. Set up and checking target for all new business opportunity.
  2. Seeking new project within existing market and customer
  3. Developing and set up new production line for existing market and new market. Hold monthly project meeting with sales and R&D team.
  4. Develop sales tool and TCO model for identified new market and new product
  5. Prepare presentation and value proposal when visit some key new target customer together with sales.
  6. Building good relationship with OEM (include machine supplier, material supplier, buyer..) and have total solution capability to the end customer.
  7. Secure sufficient financial resources for future development or expansion.
  8. Understand the skills and qualities you bring to your business.
  9. Develop a situation analysis of your company including its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to assist in the development of a strategic plan for the future of the business.
  10. Lead whole technical service team to deliver regular service, trouble shooting. And he also lead team to create value of H.B. Fuller product and give the whole solution to the customer.
  11. Other assignments as needed.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Bachelor degree with good English skills , MBA preferred.
  2. At least 5-10 years industry working experience with sales and market area.
  3. Good and fluent speaking and writing English.
  4. Good communication skill.
  5. Value selling mind set.
