Position Overview
The Production Operator III operates, monitors, and troubleshoots manufacturing equipment to meet safety, quality, and output targets. This role follows standard work instructions and supports continuous improvement activities. The position collaborates across teams to ensure efficient, compliant production.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Operate and adjust equipment to meet daily output targets
  • Perform setup, changeovers, and minor repairs within defined procedures
  • Monitor process parameters; record data accurately and on time
  • Conduct in-process quality checks and escalate deviations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area (5S)
  • Follow SOPs, safety protocols, and PPE requirements
  • Support continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives
  • Train and mentor operators as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 3+ years in manufacturing or process operations
  • Skills: Ability to read SOPs, use basic measurement tools, and enter data
  • Certifications: Ability to meet site safety training and equipment qualifications
  • Work Authorization: Authorized to work without sponsorship

Preferred Requirements

  • Education: Technical certificate in manufacturing or maintenance
  • Experience: 5+ years in chemical or adhesive production
  • Skills: Troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment; strong problem-solving metrics (e.g., downtime reduction)
  • Certifications: Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 60 days

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
