Description:

The Production Operator must have the ability to follow data sheet and instructions on mixing batches of compound, manual liquid adds.

In addition, the Production Operator will do the following, but not limited to:

  • Add or mix chemicals and ingredients according to formulas.
  • Examine material, ingredients, or product visually or with hands in order to ensure conformance to established standards.
  • Observe production and monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. Required to comply with Work, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
  • Must be able to communicate well with all levels of management and plant employees both verbally and in written form.
  • May be required to perform other duties as assigned. Employees are eligible for full benefits, including medical, dental, insurance, 401k contribution, paid time off and paid Holidays. Requirements:

High School diploma or GED certificate required.

Ability to lift 50 pound bags of powder, repetitively.

Isolated lifting of 75 pound blocks of rubber.

Requires working in an industrial/manufacturing environment. Must be able to climb, bend, kneel, crawl and lift objects up to 50 lbs.

Requires proper PPE for required task.

Must maintain valid forklift license.

Employees are eligible for full benefits, including medical, dental, insurance, 401k contribution, paid time off and paid holidays. This position may also qualify for medical reimbursement depending on the employee’s annual base salary. If qualified, H.B. Fuller will pay up to 100% of the employee’s medical premium. All employees also qualify for an annual cash bonus, based on business performance. Annual raises are rewarded based on company and individual performance.
