1. 按照客户要求转化成厂内生产工艺；
2. 制作SOP；
3. 主导处理生产异常及客户端异常；
4. 核算生产成本及协助销售报价；
5. 主导精益生产项目；
6. 未来带领整个预涂工厂工艺团队。

职位要求：
1. 本科以上学历，机械或化工相关专业；
2. 5年以上紧固件预涂相关行业工艺制程、质量控制工作经验，或汽车行业紧固件工程师相关工作经验；
3. 需要有强大的问题解决能力和分析能力，动手能力和现场导向，责任心及抗压能力；
4. 深入理解表面处理，涂覆，固化，烘烤等相关工艺。
