Position Title: Production Engineer

Location: Suzhou, China - Onsite

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Proficient in operating automated gluing/dispensing equipment, capable of independently completing debugging, model changing and process fine-tuning.

Master the debugging and application of dust glue and chemical glue, and be capable of independently monitoring the process quality.

2. Be able to understand mechanical drawings and process documents, and have the ability to conduct self-inspections.

3. Familiar with the QC/T 597 series (Technical Conditions for Pre-coated Adhesive layer of Threaded fasteners) and the national standard GB/T 35480 are preferred.

4. Familiar with the basic characteristics and usage norms of commonly used adhesive solutions (such as Loctite series, NYLOK, PRECOTE, etc.).

Minimum Requirements:

1. 3-5 years of working experience in a fastener pre-coating factory. Candidates with coating experience in automotive fasteners or 3C precision fasteners are preferred.

2. Understand 5S, lean first.

3. Experience in leading production lines in the same industry are preferred.
