Primary Responsibilities
• Ensure accurate and timely processing and payment of supplier invoices
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve document discrepancies
• Prepare month-end accruals and account reconciliations to the general ledger
• Maintain proactive communication with North America teams to ensure compliance and process stability
• Support implementation of best practices and process documentation for business continuity
• Work in compliance with SOX requirements and assist in remediation of gaps
• Perform cross-training and backup responsibilities within NASS Accounts Payable
Minimum Requirements
• Two years of Accounts Payable experience
• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (Technical College acceptable)
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Procurement processes
• SAP proficiency is a must
• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Requirements
• Experience in process documentation and SOX compliance
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
