Position Overview

H.B. Fuller is a leading global adhesives provider committed to innovation and excellence in chemical manufacturing. We are currently seeking aProduction Operatorto join our team. This entry-level role is responsible for supporting production operations by preparing materials, operating equipment, and packaging finished goods in accordance with quality and safety standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare raw materials and packaging by identifying, measuring, and transporting them to the appropriate production area

  • Operate processing equipment according to established procedures and monitor run rates to ensure efficiency

  • Conduct initial product testing and release to verify compliance with specifications

  • Package final products and apply labels accurately, following quality and safety guidelines

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment and perform additional duties as assigned by the Production Manager or Supervisor

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education diploma

  • Ability to read and understand work orders, safety regulations, and quality procedures

  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One year of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment

  • Basic understanding of English for safety and operational communication

  • Availability to work in shifts

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is $18-$19 per hour.
