Position Overview

H.B. Fuller is a global leader in adhesives, sealants, and specialty chemical products, dedicated to innovation and improving lives. We are currently seeking aProduction Operatorto join our team. This entry-level role supports manufacturing operations by preparing materials, operating equipment, and packaging products in accordance with quality and safety standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare raw materials and packaging by identifying, measuring, and transporting them to the production area

• Operate processing equipment following established procedures and monitor performance to maintain desired run rates

• Conduct initial product testing and release to ensure compliance with specifications

• Package final products and apply labels accurately, following quality and safety guidelines

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and perform additional duties as assigned by the Production Manager or Supervisor

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or general education diploma

• Ability to read and understand work orders, safety regulations, and quality procedures

• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment

• Basic understanding of English for safety and operational communication

• Availability to work in shifts

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
