Position Title: Supply and Inventory Planner
Location: Remote – USA or Hybrid – Based in Minnesota
Position Overview
The Supply and Inventory Planner is responsible for managing raw material and packaging inventory across multiple H.B. Fuller plants and warehouses. This role ensures optimal inventory levels through effective planning, forecasting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The planner plays a key role in supporting the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process and driving continuous improvement in supply chain operations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain raw material requirements plans to minimize excess and obsolete inventory.
- Present 12–18 month rolling forecasts with insights on future trends.
- Align raw material needs with production schedules and sales forecasts.
- Conduct medium and long-term capacity planning to meet demand and service KPIs.
- Maintain and update planning parameters in SAP.
- Support monthly SIOP planning and executive reviews.
- Monitor inventory levels (Finished Goods, Raw Materials, Packaging, WIP).
- Optimize safety stock and working capital usage.
- Identify and resolve supply chain issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Participate in cross-functional projects such as product transfers and new product introductions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in supply or inventory planning.
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with SIOP or similar planning processes.
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of capacity planning and forecasting tools.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple sites.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
The salary for this role is $70,000 - $85,000.In addition to your salary, H.B. Fuller offers employees a competitive total rewards package including comprehensive benefits, incentive and recognitions programs, health & wellness benefits, 401K contributions, paid time off and paid holidays.
