The Tax Analyst supports corporate tax activities in our global U.S. multinational company and plays a vital role in ensuring compliance with tax regulations and optimizing the organization's tax position. This role involves conducting thorough research, preparing tax returns, and assisting in tax planning initiatives.
Additionally, this role collaborates with cross-functional teams to support accurate and timely tax reporting and helps drive effective tax strategies in alignment with international and domestic tax laws.
The Tax Analyst assists with the preparation of tax compliance, global tax provision calculations, process improvement projects, and other tax department projects as assigned.
Primary Responsibilities:
65% Tax Compliance
Assist with tax return preparation including
US federal income tax return and supporting calculations
US state income tax returns and supporting calculations
Quarterly estimated tax payments and extensions
Annual US tax information returns for non-US subsidiaries (Forms 5471 and 8858)
Monthly sales and use tax compliance obligations
20% Tax Provision
Assist on a quarterly and/or annual basis with the following:
US tax provision calculations including book to tax differences
State tax provision calculations
Prepare certain US account reconciliations
Prepare federal and state return to accrual calculations
15% Tax Processes and Tax Planning
Assist as needed with the following:
Improvements regarding tax compliance processes and information gathering
Tax planning and other tax department projects
Research changes in federal and state tax law and rates
Requirements
At least 2 years of related work experience
Bachelor's or University Degree in Accounting or related field
Experience with OneSource preferred

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
The salary for this role is $71,000 - $91,000.In addition to your salary, H.B. Fuller offers employees a competitive total rewards package including comprehensive benefits, incentive and recognitions programs, health & wellness benefits, 401K contributions, paid time off and paid holidays.
