The Role?
The completion of all processes in relation to warehousing, transportation & purchasing.
This is a hybrid role which includes the management and creation of warehouse picking notes, the creation of shipping documentation and the allocation of consignments to the transport partners whilst ensuring compliance to the associated regulations. The role also includes the creation of purchase orders and the management of the inbound product flow whilst ensuring clear communications are maintained with all internal departments. A large proportion of the tasks will be conducted via SAP, online platforms, and a small amount of physical documentation.
What will YOU do?
SAP Duties include:
- Reviewing the outbound delivery monitor
- The creation of warehouse picking orders
- The creation of shipping orders
- Review transport costs and product details
- Complete the post goods issue process
- Review the purchasing requisition report
- The creation of purchase orders
- Review safety stock levels
Non-SAP Duties include:
- The creation of dangerous goods notes
- The creation of export documentation
- Shipment entry onto transport partners online portals
- Arrange reverse logistics
- Source and review transit quotes
- Review non-SAP inventory reports
- Monitor supplier delivery performance
- Communicate with all parties involved
Minimum requirements:
- SAP experience essential
- General IT skills (excel, word, email etc..)
- Communication
- Be detail orientated
- Hazardous goods experience
- English, French & Dutch speaking
