Position Title: Customer Quality Engineer

Position Location: Yantai, China

POSITION OVERVIEW:
此岗位向工艺&质量经理汇报。
主要负责处理客户反馈的质量问题，同时监控产品在客户端的表现，及时识别并解决质量问题，以提升客户满意度和产品质量；参与质量体系的建立和维护，确保其有效性和适应性，协助采购部门提升供应商的质量，降低因原材料质量问题导致的成本增加和风险。

PRIMARY DUTIES:
1. 对客户反馈的质量问题进行深入分析，确定根本原因；
2. 组织跨部门团队实施纠正和预防措施，确保问题得到彻底解决；
3. 基于客户反馈和市场趋势，推动产品和过程的持续改进：
4. 负责内审、二方、三方审核时的组织协调工作；
5. 负责组织年度管理评审；
6. 定期编制质量报告，向管理层和客户汇报产品质量的现状和改进进展；
7. 负责IQC相关资料的制定及修订，供应商相关的变更及新材料确认流程的执行；
8. 针对来料异常，过程材料异常，客诉材料异常时，对异常材料做好分析确认，判定责任归属，制定改善措施并跟踪结果；
9. 对更换供应商时的新材料（原材料+包材）的确认工作；
10. 推动供应商内部质量改善，督促其进行检讨，并给出改善措施。

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1、本科及以上学历，化工、高分子相关专业;
2、 3年以上质量管理经验，了解胶水、油墨、涂料等材料行业的试生产放大实验过程，具备响应经验为佳；
3、 熟悉DSC、FT-IR、TGA、DMA，SEM、粘度计、流变仪、水分仪等检测设备的基本用途及使用维护，掌握数据分析技巧；
4、 对IATF 16949 6大工具，QC 7大手法熟练掌握，对数据敏感，具备汇报能力；
5、 具备流程优化意识和良好的沟通能力；
6、 具备持续学习的能力；
7、 良好的沟通技巧，团队合作能力，较强的责任心;
8、 外企化工企业工作经验者优先。
