Position Title: Equipment Automation Engineer

Position Location: Yantai, China

POSITION OVERVIEW:

此岗位向工程维修主管汇报。

主责工厂生产/仓储各类机械及电器设备的自动化设计、改进、维修和维护，提供并实施自动化解决方案。同时负责实验设备维修、维护。

确保设备的正常运行和自动化提升。

PRIMARY DUTIES:

1. 编写自动化控制项目方案书，含技术方案等。推动公司的技术进步。

2. 组织并实施自动化工程设计及升级改造施工，指导参与现场安装、接线及系统调试，组织验收，确保符合安全与行业标准‌。提供技术支持并解决问题‌，为操作人员提供技术培训。

3. 制作和实施维护&保养计划，定期巡检设备，校准仪表（如温度、压力传感器），处理故障。保证设施和设备状态良好安全可靠。

4. 自动化设备跟踪分析生产数据，优化控制参数（如PID调节），提升系统稳定性和效率。

5. 指导使用部门员工正确使用设备，保证设备的良好使用以及高效使用。

6. 负责生产&仓库等的设备自动化升级改造、维修维护。负责实验设备维修、维护。

7. 保证负责区域内5S、EHS等规定的安排实行。

Minimum Requirements:

1、 自动化相关专业本科以上学历（专科需3年以上项目经验），2年以上自动控制工程设计管理经验‌。

2、 熟悉电路图，熟悉机械方面包括气动/液压的维修维护，熟悉各种测量仪表和自动控制系统，熟悉电气设备的选型。熟悉变频器和伺服系统的工作原理，能根据工况进行设置参数和调试，优化设备控制精度。最好持有有效低压电工证。

3、 使用PLC编程、组态软件及CAD等工具进行系统设计，熟悉掌握至少一种主流品牌，例如：西门子、三菱等主流PLC技术‌的编程语言并熟练运用相关软件。 熟悉工业通讯及调试（Profint/Modbus等）及设备联网配置 熟悉触摸屏程序、工业上位机的编写及运用。

4、 良好的沟通技巧，团队合作能力，较强的责任心。

5、 较好的英语读、写、语言沟通能力。

6、 外企化工企业工作经验者优先。
