POSITION OVERVIEW

The [Import & Export Specialist] reports to the [Logistics supervisor] and has responsibility for [Document Preparation/Custom clearance/Forwarder Monitor]

PRIMARY DUTIES

Ø  Ensure all of the import & export formalities being compliance with the Custom & AQSIQ’s guidelines resulting process.

确保所有的进出口业务操作都依照海关和检验检疫局等部门的指引，规范进行。

Ø  Prepares and submits necessary documents and correspondence required for custom clearance for inbound and outbound shipments.

准备并提交出入境货物通关所需的资料

Ø  Work with customs broker/agent to ensure all of the import & export activities being compliance、smooth and efficient.

同代理及报关行合作，确保所有的进出口业务合规、高效、顺畅进行。

Ø  Manage the customs brokers and shipping forwarders to assure excellent service level.

有效的管理报关行、承运商等供应商，确保其提供优质的服务水平。

Ø  Select and arrange suitable transportation modes according to cargo nature and customer needs to ensure seamless transportation and mitigate potential risks

根据货物性质及客户需求，安排适宜的运输方式，确保运输通畅，避免运输风险。

Ø  Monitor, manage, and report import and export costs, including import duties and value-added tax (VAT), and continuously drive cost reduction for import and export operations.

监控、管理、报告含进口关税及增值税在内的进出口成本, 不断降低进出口成本。

Ø  Other tasks assigned by Supervisor

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Ø  Bachelor’s degree or above, with an educational background in Chemical Engineering, International Trade, Business Logistics, or other import/export–related majors.

本科及以上学历，化工、国际贸易、商业物流及相关进出口专业背景

Ø  Candidates with two or more years of experience in import and export customs declaration and inspection are preferred.

进出口报关、报检有2年或以上的工作经验优先

Ø  Excellent skills with general computer use and office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

熟练应用电脑及办公软件，如Word、Excel、PowerPoint

Ø  Proficient English both in oral and written

良好的英语听写能力

Ø  Good team work spirit and good communication skill

Ø  Skilled application in SAP is preferred
