Position Overview:

运营培训生将在公司运营的各个团队，接受系统的培训和实践指导，完成各部门的轮岗要求，以发展成为未来的管理和技术骨干。本职位提供一个了解化工制造业各个环节的机会，包括生产运营、质量控制、工艺制造和供应链管理等。

Primary Duties:

1.生产运营支持：

• 参与生产过程，完成生产任务。
• 协助日常生产计划的执行，确保生产过程的顺利进行。
• 参与生产流程优化，提升生产效率。

2.质量控制：

• 学习并协助实施质量管理体系，确保产品符合质量标准。
• 协助进行质量检查和分析，识别和解决质量问题。

3.安全与环保管理：

• 学习并协助执行安全操作规程及环保政策。
• 参与安全检查和风险评估，协助创建安全的生产环境。

4.供应链管理：

• 协助管理原材料和成品库存，确保供应链的高效运作。
• 学习采购流程，协助与供应商沟通及维护良好的合作关系。
• 参与物流和运输管理，优化供应链流程。

5.工艺团队协作：

• 学习并协助设计和优化生产工艺流程，确保生产效率和产品质量。
• 参与工艺试验和数据分析，支持工艺改进和创新。
• 协助解决生产过程中出现的工艺问题，提出改进建议。

职位要求：

• 高分子材料、化学工程、化工工艺或相关专业本科及以上学历。
• 具备良好的分析能力和解决问题的能力。
• 较强的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
• 乐于学习新知识，适应能力强。
• 具备基础的计算机技能，熟悉办公软件。
• 基本的英语沟通能力。
