Position Title: Process Engineer

Position Location: Yantai, China

POSITION OVERVIEW:

主要负责日常生产相关工艺工作，新产品引进/新产品试产及现有产品改进。该职位向质量&工艺经理汇报。Manage routine production process work, new product introduction/Scale-up and current product improvement。This position reports to the process and quality manager。

PRIMARY DUTIES:

· 依照生产计划进行相应SOP的准备，分派。监督检查现场生产工艺（包括搅拌，灌装及包装工序），生产结束回收相应文件进行记录检查并进行保密归档。 Preparing/printing SOP documents daily according to the production planning, monitoring/checking the manufacturing process including mixing, downloading and packing, returning the documents after production, reviewing the records and filing as confidential documents

· 组织新产品引进/工艺改进的可行性研究并协调相关的准备工作 Organize new products/current product modification feasibility study and coordinate relative preparations

· 同计划及化学师协调设定新产品/新工艺的生产时间并跟踪其按时在烟台工厂生产 Coordinate with planner and chemist to setup new products/process schedule and follow up to launch it in Yantai plant on time

· 在烟台系统中设置新产品及变更 Organize new products system setup/change in Yantai

· 与化学师/工艺工程师联系确认生产工艺，产品变更单，新化学原材料评估表和新化学原材料的MSDS,TDS资料 Contact with Chemist/ Process Engineer to confirm the process，check list , new chemical assessment form and new chemical’s MSDS ,TDS

· 与工厂工艺工程师及安全经理确认新化学原料/新工艺是否允许在烟台工厂使用，如果可以，通知计划，可以安排生产；如果不能使用，通知化学师 Confirm with process engineer and EHS manager if the new chemical/process can be used or not in Yantai plant, if can, notice planer to arrange the scale-up; if not, notice the chemist.

· 制作工艺SOP，并在生产前现场培训生产员工 Make the SOP and train the operator before produce it in site

· 跟踪生产流程并根据实际指标与化学师和质量工程师进行沟通 Follow the scale-up and discuss the result with the chemist/quality engineer。

· 新产品或工艺改进跟踪每个釜的前三批生产，并出具正式报告。如果指标有异常，及时与化学师/工艺工程师沟通. Follow the three batches’ process and the product’s specification of the new product or process changing one, and compile formal report. If the specification abnormal, discuss with chemist/process engineer in time.

· 生产问题及客户投诉的排查与解决，现有产品应用性能测试研究（包括搅拌，灌装及包装工艺） Trouble shooting for production issue and customer complaint, stretch experiments and study for current product including mixing, downloading and packing process.

· 内部及外部沟通与协调 Internal & external communication and coordination

· 主管及经理安排的其他工作 Other work arranged by supervisor and manager

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• 化工、材料等相关专业本科；
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or other related field
• 3年以上精细化工或新材料行业，具备试生产放大工艺工作经验，
At least 3 years of experience in fine chemical industry or new material industry, possessing the scal-up process control experience.
• 熟练读写英语和交流优先
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• 团队合作,主动合作和沟通，抗压能力强
Ability to work well in a team, proactively communicate, cooperate and strong pressure resistance
• 有SAP系统经验优先
Experience with SAP systems is preferred.
