Position Title: Scientist

Position Location: Yantai, China

Position Overview:
The Product Development Chemist reports to R&D Manager. The position is located in Yantai.

Primary Duties:
•Develop new products and improve existing products to meet customer requirements and market needs.
•Responsible for the continuous optimization of the existing products to improve product competitiveness.
•Provide powerful support to operation team in the case of new product scale-up and make sure moving new products to commercialization.
•Provide technical support to customers and participate in troubleshooting or filed testing if required.
•Work closely with cross-functional and commercial team in developing innovative technology, new products, and solutions.
•Prepare and present reports on new technology and new solutions in both internal & external communication.

Minimum Requirements:
• Master or PhD. in polymer,organic chemistry,applied chemistry or polymer materials or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of UV industry experience in adhesive,coating or ink formulation development. With polymer synthesis experience is preferred.
• English as working language. Working experience with international companies is preferred.
• Good communication skill to work closely with internal team and external customers.
